Refund and Cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 6 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
ONCOEASY HEALTHTECH PVT. LTD. does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 6 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 6 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any refunds approved by ONCOEASY HEALTHTECH PVT. LTD., it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
Return
Return Policy
We offer refund / exchange within first 4 days from the date of your purchase. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.
You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

Refund Policy
1.1 Savemymeds will offer a full refund if:
a. You received a defective item;
b. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
c. The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date
1.2 The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While We regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing, and We have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by Wallets, credit should be available within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund:
1.3 To request a refund, email Us, within 3 days of receipt, your order details, including the reason why You are requesting a refund. You can also raise a request on our website/App. The Company may also require You to upload pictures of the product(s) received in order to process the refund.
1.4 Company will verify the request within 3 working days from the time of receipt of your request. Once the claim is verified as genuine and correct, www.savemymeds.in will initiate the refund process. In case of refund, www.savemymeds.in may also initiate the collection process in which case You will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packing for collected by www.savemymeds.in.

Return Policy:
1.6 www.savemymeds.in may allow return of product(s) if:
1. Product(s) does not match Your order.
2. Product(s) delivered are past the expiry date.
3. Product(s) delivered are damaged in transit.
1.7 If You have received a damaged product, do not accept the delivery of the product. If after opening the package You discover that the product(s) is damaged, the same may be returned for refund or replacement. www.savemymeds.in does not promise a replacement for all the product(s) as it will depend on the availability of the said product(s). In such cases, refund will be offered to You.
1.8 www.savemymeds.in will not accept liability for such delivery issues if You fail to notify Us within 1 working days of receipt.
1.9 In case You to want to return a product or products that are not defective, We may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, provided You notify us of such return within 3 days of receipt. www.savemymeds.in will not accept returns if You fail to notify within 3 days of receipt.
1.10. Returns are subject to the below conditions:
1. Wrong ordering of product(s) does not qualify for returns.
2. Batch number of the product(s) being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice.
3. Returns arising out of change in prescription does not qualify for returns.
4. Product(s) being returned should compulsorily be in their original manufacturer’s packaging i.e., with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice; and
5. Partially used or consumed product(s) does not qualify for returns.
Return Policy Exceptions:
1.11 Certain category of products are not returnable. The details of the non-returnable products are mentioned below:

Healthcare devices and products Injections, Surgical, Health Monitor, Ortho Support.
Medicines Temperature sensitive products (Cold Chain Products)
Medicines For which Patient Assistance Program has been utilized
1.12 www.savemymeds.in does not offer replacements or exchanges of the above non-returnable products. Also, www.savemymeds.in reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange”
Return Process:
1.13 To request a return, email Us, within 3 working days of receipt, your order details, including the reason why You are requesting a return. The www.savemymeds.in may also require You to upload pictures of the products received in order to process the return.

Cancellation Policy:
1.16 You can cancel the product(s) ordered in the Website/App within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
1.17 In cases where Savemymeds is unable to accept the order in cases including but not limited to non-availability of product or quantities ordered by You or inaccuracies or errors in the pricing information etc, www.savemymeds.in reserves the right to cancel the order without any liability to the Company.
1.18 Savemymeds shall also cancel orders if it includes but limited to:
1. Product(s) ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
2. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;
3. Bulk quantity of the same product is ordered;
4. Invalid address given in order details
5. Any malpractice used to place the order.
